Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.

Handling Time

Most orders leave our South Boston studio within 1–2 business days of being placed. During high-volume periods (holidays, restocks), handling may take slightly longer — we'll always email you once your order ships with a tracking number.

Tax Policy

We do not charge sales tax. You pay 0% sales tax ($0.00) on every order.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page using your email and order code.

Alaska & Hawaii

We're happy to ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping to AK/HI is not eligible for the $75 free-shipping threshold and ships at a flat rate; delivery generally takes 10–16 business days due to additional carrier transit.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after ordering, email us immediately at support@offlineoriginals.us and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or if your package arrives damaged, contact us at support@offlineoriginals.us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
